SBNoD is proud to support Enabling Mark, a national-level accreditation framework by SG Enable that benchmarks and recognises organisations for their best practices and outcomes in disability-inclusive employment.

The framework assesses an organisation’s practices and outcomes in disability inclusion across 6 categories which consist of Workplace Accessibility and Accommodations, among others

Deutsche Bank, co-chair of SBNoD, who recently received the Enabling Mark (Silver) accreditation attests that this helps the bank to know if it is moving in the right direction, and it will continue using the Enabling Mark to build a truly inclusive organisation.

Bernd Starke, Deutsche Bank’s head of DACH Corporate Coverage APAC, said: “Deutsche Bank hires based on merit, we had managers and teams within the bank that saw value in hiring from this pool of talent from very early on. “With inclusive hiring we benefit from a diverse talent pool, which brings immense value to the organisation.”
